Shipping

Standard Shipping via USPS Priority Mail: approximately 2-3 business days
$7.95 for the first pair of shoes - $3.95 for each additional shoe
$9.95 for the first pair of boots - $4.95 for each additional boot

We also offer USPS Express Mail Shipping: 1-2 business days guaranteed
cost is an extra $20.00 on top of USPS Priority prices.

Toy and Clothing Shipping - $7.95 for the first item, $3.00 for each additional item (within the U.S.). Additional items shipped by weight averaging $1.00 - $3.00.

International Shipping - We do ship internationally, we don't have a fixed price for international shipping but the cost is usually $20 in addition to our US shipping charge, depending on the location and the size of the order.

Shoe Zoo Online Return Policy

If shoes are not fitting properly, please call and we will be happy to assist you in finding a different size or style that is a better fit.

Shoes may be returned for charge credit within 30 days of purchase.

Shoes must be unworn and accompanied by original receipt.

Please make sure shoes are in original shoe box. Shoe box should be in resellable condition, otherwise we will not be able to take the return.

When sending shoes back, feel free to include a note detailing if it is an exchange or return and any other questions/concerns you may have.
