Shoe Zoo is a colorful and cool children's shoe store in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Our store was started in 1985 by a Montessori school teacher with a love for high quality children's shoes. Since then we've become a Minneapolis institution and we are now fitting shoes on the children of our first customers.
We offer a large selection of stylish, top-quality imported and domestic shoes, sneakers, and boots from names like Aster, Umi, Oilily, Mod8, Naturino, Primigi, Tsukihoshi, Stride Rite, Trotty, Baby Botte, Merrell, Agatha Ruiz de la Prada, Keen, and Ugg. Sizes range from pre-walkers to teens; some styles are even available for mom.
For above the ankle, Shoe Zoo also offers a selection of umbrellas and raingear, children's clothing, toys, pajamas, hats and mittens, and hair accessories.
Unlike other online shoe stores, the emphasis here is on service. Our

Shoe Zoo Online Return Policy
- If shoes are not fitting properly, please call and we will be happy to assist you in finding a different size or style that is a better fit.
- Shoes may be returned for charge credit within 30 days of purchase.
- Shoes must be unworn and accompanied by original receipt.
- Please make sure shoes are in original shoe box. Shoe box should be in resellable condition, otherwise we will not be able to take the return.
- When sending shoes back, feel free to include a note detailing if it is an exchange or return and any other questions/concerns you may have.
